PNR/LTFRB Augmentation Bus Schedule for Alabang-Tutuban (Divisoria)


The suspension of services will impact PNR stations located in Alabang, Sucat, Bicutan, Nichols, EDSA, Pasay Road, Dela Rosa, Vito Cruz, San Andres, Paco, Tutuban, and Governor Pascual.

This temporary halt in PNR operations at these stations is aimed at preventing disruptions and ensuring passenger safety while expediting the construction of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) System in Metro Manila.

To ease the temporary suspension of PNR-MSC, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) has reassured that buses will be deployed along alternative routes to cater to the passengers affected by the suspension of PNR operations in Metro Manila.

The 25 bus units will cover a 26.4 kilometer round trip, with an estimated travel time of one to two hours based on regular traffic flow.

PNR Augmentation Bus (Southbound)

For the southbound journey from Tutuban to Alabang, buses will traverse the following route: starting from Divisoria (Tutuban), they will pass through Mayhaligue Street, Abad Santos Avenue, Recto Avenue, Legarda Street, Quirino Avenue, Nagtahan Flyover, Mabini Bridge, Quirino Avenue, Osmeña Highway, Nichols Entry, SLEX, Bicutan Exit, Bicutan Entry, and finally, Alabang (Starmall).

PNR Augmentation Bus (Northbound)

For the northbound journey from Alabang to Tutuban, buses will follow this route: starting from Alabang (Starmall), they will travel via Manila South Road, East Service Road, Alabang (Entry), SLEX, Bicutan Exit, Bicutan Entry, Nichols Exit, Osmeña Highway, Quirino Avenue, Legarda Street, Recto Avenue, Abad Santos Avenue, Mayhaligue Street, and Divisoria (Tutuban).

PNR/LTFRB Augmentation Bus Schedule

The bus schedule for the Tutuban-Alabang (southbound) route is as follows: 7:30 AM, 9:10 AM, 3:00 PM, 3:20 PM, 7:30 PM, and 9:00 PM. Meanwhile, for the Alabang-Tutuban (northbound) route, buses will depart at 5:00 AM, 6:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:45 AM, 5:00 PM, and 6:10 PM.

PNR/LTFRB Augmentation Bus Fare

Fares for these new bus routes will adhere to the existing rates approved by the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB). Initial fares will start at PHP 15 for the first five kilometers, with an additional PHP 2.26 charged per kilometer thereafter.

ATTRACTIONS TO SEE IN MANILA 

Starting April 1, bus intervals for both routes will be reduced to just 30 minutes, ensuring more frequent and convenient transportation options for commuters traveling between Tutuban and Alabang.

This new bus route aims to alleviate congestion, provide commuters with alternative transportation options, and enhance connectivity within Metro Manila, ultimately improving the overall commuting experience for residents and visitors alike
