While you’re there, don’t forget to check out some of the area’s best bars, restaurants and nightspots, too!

Visiting Curacao soon? Here is your guide for bar and restaurant hopping during your stay.

Queens Sports Bar Disco

If you want to dance, the Queens Sports Bar Disco is a great place to start. This is located a bit off the beaten path, but it’s open all week long. An in-house DJ and karaoke are featured nightly, and there are often some enticing drink specials. Indoor and outdoor seating are both available. This is a popular nightspot often frequented by the locals.

Wet & Wild Beach Club

Cut loose and spend your evening at the Wet & Wild Beach Club in Curacao. This nightclub boasts a DJ seven nights a week, but they are open during the daytime, too. If tropical drinks under the sun sound good, this is the place for you. This club has gained a reputation for being the coolest club on the island, but you can be the judge of that!

Fort Nassau Restaurant

For views that are only surpassed by the food, pay a visit to Fort Nassau Restaurant in Curacao. It is a historical site with gorgeous oceanfront scenery. Make a reservation to sit on the terrace, ideally at sunset. This eatery is particularly renowned for its fresh fish and aged steaks. If you want to go all out, try the chef’s own menu, which is a three-course dining experience with wine. It’s an experience you won’t soon forget!

Netto Bar

It is the spirit that has made them famous, and you must try it! If Green Rum scares you, they offer a full drink menu, including daily specials throughout the day and night.

Noir Cocktail Bar

After a drink at Netto, make Noir Cocktail Bar your next stop—it’s just a short walk away. This bar is said to have the best drinks on the island, including some tropical concoctions, like the Super Adios, that you may have never had before. They also offer a full menu, so for a great nosh and cocktail, Noir is an excellent choice. Plus, the views of downtown are amazing.

Mood Beach

Mood Beach has a Bohemian vibe and overlooks the water along popular Mambo Beach. The food is highly rated, the atmosphere is chic, and the views are unrivaled. Make sure that you call or book online, as reservations are required to get a table at Mood Beach. It is wildly popular, so plan ahead.

The food is highly ranked, particularly the burgers and ribs. There are big-screen TVs for games and sporting events, but also some cool conversation areas where you can get your drink on.
