Evrima Makes Inaugural Call to Dominica – Cruise Industry News

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Evrima made its inaugural call to Roseau, Dominica on Thursday, November 24, 2022.

The Evrima called at the Woodbridge Bay Port followed by a plaque exchange ceremony attended by Government officials and the ship’s Captain.

The ship set sail from St Georges, Grenada and made a call in Bridgetown, Barbados before arriving at Roseau, Dominica. Following the inaugural call, Evrima sailed to Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis, and then to Philipsburg, St Maarten, where it arrived on November 27.

Accommodating 298 passengers, the Evrima marks the company’s entry into the the industryg. The christening ceremony for the ship  was held on November 5, 2022, at Lisbon Cruise Terminal in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Evrima features spacious suites, each with a balcony, five dining rooms, multiple swimming pools, a spa, a fitness center, a watersports marina and a cigar lounge.

The ship is currently on its six-day cruise from Philipsburg, St Maarten to Bridgetown, Barbados. The journey departed on November 27 and will end on December 3. Evrima will make calls in Portsmouth, Dominica, Fort-de-France, Martinique, and Soufriere, St Lucia Island.

The port of Dominica is expected to welcome another 51 cruise calls in December with a projection of 196 cruise calls for the 2022/2023 season.
