8.00AM – Wake Up

With a whole day of exploring stretching ahead of you, waking up on a cruise ship is always exciting. If you’re staying in a Balcony Cabin or a suite, mornings can be even more memorable as you open the curtains and step straight outside to soak up the fresh sea air.

Now you’re up, it’s time for breakfast. If you don’t fancy leaving your room just yet, enjoy a relaxed start to the day courtesy of room service, complete with delicious pastries, juices, hot drinks and more. For those who are up, dressed and ready to seize the day, the buffet restaurant and main restaurants are also on hand with a selection of hot and cold dishes.

10.30AM – Pool

12.30PM – Lunch

Once midday arrives, it’s time to start thinking about lunch. If you’ve spent the morning by the pool and don’t want to stray too far from your sunlounger, head to one of the nearby grill restaurants where you can choose from tasty burgers, chips, sandwiches and more. The buffet restaurant also serves up an impressive lunchtime selection, offering up cuisines from around the world.

2.00PM – Spa

Once your leisurely lunch has come to an end, it’s time to see what else is on board. Feeling like a real holiday treat? The Oasis Spa boasts a tempting menu of treatments which will leave you feeling brand new. And if you’re looking to elevate your on board experience further, the al fresco spa terrace, known as The Retreat, offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the ship for an extra cost.

4.00PM – Family Time

For those on a family holiday with P&O Cruises, you can also spend the afternoon making memories together. When you’re making a splash in the pools, the sports courts are a great place to show off your competitive side. Mini golf, the cinema, and The Splash Zone are also available on selected ships.

6.30PM – Pre-Dinner Drink

Once the sun sets, things are only just getting started on a P&O Cruises holiday. Start off the evening celebrations with a pre-dinner drink in the Atrium and soak up the atmosphere of the beating heart of the ship. Alternatively, if the weather’s good, why not take in the views on deck with an al fresco cocktail? The brand-new Sunset Bar on Arvia is the perfect place to do just this.

Next up, it’s dinner. Whether it’s date night, a birthday or just another fantastic day at sea, round off the day with an extra-special meal at one of the ship’s specialty restaurants. From The Keel & Cow gastropub to British-Indian fusion dishes at Sindhu, there’s something to suit all tastes. And if you’re looking for something truly exclusive, The Chef’s Table is on hand for a gastronomic extravaganza which will make you feel like a VIP.

8.30PM – Evening Show

After dinner, it’s time for some entertainment. Make your way to theatre and be wowed by the talent on stage thanks to an all-singing, all-dancing West End-style show. With more than one showing an evening, you’re sure to be able to fit this into your busy schedule! Top the show off with a post-theatre drink at one of the nearby bars to finish off the perfect evening.
