Nicko Cruises’ announced the completion of the Neptune’s Lounge aboard the Vasco Da Gama.
The new lounge features a wide range of drinks and numerous snacks that suite guests can enjoy in a living room atmosphere at no additional cost, the company said in a statement.
“With the Neptune’s Lounge, we have succeeded in creating an exclusive area for suite guests, which has been very well received since its introduction,” said Guido Laukamp, managing director, Nicko Cruises.
“Of course, this exclusive service is free for suite guests,” added Laukamp.
“Together with the numerous amenities when booking a suite on VASCO DA GAMA, we pamper our guests with that little bit extra in service.”
Neptune’s Lounge was set up on deck 10, in the immediate vicinity of the 28 suites and the penthouse suite. This is the newest of the many inclusive services for suite travelers such as the free laundry service, a welcome gift and priority check-in.
The lounge includes a wide range of selected delicacies such as croissants, muesli, sandwiches, small desserts, cakes and fruit.
Guests can also choose among a variety of drinks including soft drinks, juices, wine, sparkling wine and coffees.
Neptune’s Lounge also includes a flat-screen TV as well as a selection of newspapers and magazines.
