The Wildlife
We take our Dragons to Cikananga Wildlife Centre where they can witness the rehabilitation programmes for Indonesia’s incredible wildlife, including Bears, Orangutang and Leopards. This is an incredible opportunity because the centre is not usually open to the public however, because of our longstanding relationship with the programme we are able to offer this brilliant experience!
At the centre we get to help out by preparing activities and food for the animals and learn about the incredible work they are doing.
After this we ensure our Dragons get the full experience by going for a nighttime trek through the jungle, before staying overnight with the animals at the centre!
The Landscapes
Indonesia is renowned for its gorgeous and diverse landscapes. One of our favourite areas is Mount Bromo, an area of outstanding natural beauty, where we hike to the edge of the volcano crater and head to the biggest waterfall in East Java.
Throughout the whole trip we are treated with views of clear blue water and lush green forests. It is an extremely beautiful country and makes for some incredible photos! On our trip you can expect to view the landscapes by biking through fields, hiking up mountains and boating between islands.

The Food
Indonesian cuisine is full of intense and vibrant flavours. One of the country’s favourites is Padang Satay, a must-try dish in which skewered meats are marinated in a variety of spices before being grilled on an open fire. Check out this great article on the top 50 Indonesian dishes to try HERE.
We make sure our Dragons get to try some incredible street food in the markets on Bali Island, from fresh caught fish to fried chicken.
The Experiences
Our Indonesian tour is full of once-in-a-lifetime experiences. We take our Dragons snorkelling in the coral reefs of Menjangan Island, where they can see an array of stunning fish and other sea life. After a snorkel, we ensure our Dragons are well rested by relaxing on the beach with a coffee!
We also head for a hike in the forests up to stunning waterfalls and breathtaking views for some incredible photo opportunities.
The various islands of Indonesia all offer something different, so we make sure we cover as many as possible on our tour. This includes Bali, Java, and Gili Trawangan.
