Tourist card for US citizens
When it comes to US citizens visiting Cuba, a few special regulations apply. The itinerary that they follow during their visit must meet one of 11 criteria (formerly 12), which Discova has ensured in our packages (an itinerary will always meet at least one of those criteria in order for the tourist card application to be accepted and authorised).
The application and cost of the tourist card for US travellers (and other international travellers flying to Cuba from a US airport), is already included in packages purchased with DISCOVA. The card(s) will be sent to the travellers days or even weeks before their trip, or hand-delivered at the airport if flying out of Miami International Airport (MIA). You, the agent, will therefore not have to worry about any of the administrative work involved in organising the card. The tourist card is valid for 30 days, and can be extended for a second 30-day period.
