Top 5 Most Popular Travel Trailers Among Shoppers in 2022

When shopping for a new RV, you’re looking for as much information as possible about makes, models, styles, features and specs, and how those translate into finding the best fit for your lifestyle. Are you currently researching RVs for your next purchase? RVT is here to help you learn more about bumper-pull travel trailers and which brands our shoppers are inquiring about most in 2022.

What is a travel trailer?

Travel trailers are RVs which require a tow vehicle, typically a pickup truck, although some lightweight models can be pulled by an SUV, depending on the vehicle’s towing abilities. They are typically more affordable than a motorhome and come in a variety of shapes and sizes, from tiny towables to massive homes-on-wheels. There are travel trailers to fit almost every budget, offering a variety of floorplan options. Many also have slide outs which expand your living space. When you arrive at your campsite, you can simply unhitch the trailer and use your tow vehicle to get around. To help you learn more about these RVs before you start browsing vehicles for sale on RVT, we took a look at which makes and models of travel trailers generated the most buyer inquiries on our marketplace.  Here’s what we found:
