We’ve never been a particularly traditional company, but during the past two years (like most companies around the globe) we had to adapt our practices and work environment. In Los Cabos, Mexico, that meant that while we were still actively present and receiving and supporting our partners’ travellers, we didn’t have a fixed office space.
Flexibility and fostering a positive remote-working environment will remain Discova policy pillars, but we did have the need for a more solidified, physical representation for our partners in the Los Cabos area. That’s meant that for the last couple of months, we’ve had some busy bees setting up and organising a welcoming, new office in Los Cabos. From 1 April, the office will be ready and raring to go!
